What do you need?
All you need is your own personal Fax2email number, your personal email address and a web browser with access to the internet.

How long does it take for me to send or receive my fax?
Once your Fax has been answered the delivery process takes only 2minutes.

How will I know when my registration has been completed
You will receive an SMS and an email from Zamtel advising you of your Fax number. You will receive a further SMS and email once your Fax number has been activated and ready to receive Fax transmissions sent from anyone worldwide.

What does it cost?
Sending only costs K2,000 per minute

How long am I able to keep my free Fax2email number?
All you have to do to keep your Fax2Email number active is to receive at least 3 faxes In 3 months. If you do not receive 3 faxes in 3 months Zamtel reserves the right to with draw your number and re-allocate it to a new user.

What if I change my email address which is linked to my Fax number?
You can simply log into the website portal and change it instantaneously.

Are my received Faxes kept confidential?
No one at Zamtel can access your Fax documents as all Faxes are kept encrypted on our servers.
